COMMUNITY-BASED, COLLECTIVE IMPACT PREVENTION RESULTS IN MINNESOTA; Preliminary Results for Cohort-2 Prevention Planning & Implementation (P&I) grantees

Brief report of outcomes related to the Minnesota Department of Human Services underage alcohol, tobacco and drug use primary prevention initiative.  The initiative is typically a five-year grant cycle. This report represents the second cohort to implement the PCN framework, from 2011-2016.
