When and where is this year’s conference?
The 2026 conference will be at the St Cloud River's Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud, MN on October 13-14, 2026.

What is the agenda for this year's conference?
This year we have two full days of programming! A detailed schedule will be released in August.

Who attends this conference?

Is this conference in-person or virtual?
The MN Prevention Program Sharing Conference is an in-person conference, but we do record all sessions. All registered attendees will have access to session recordings for 1-year following the conference, and, if you are not able to attend in-person, you can also register for Recorded-access Only at a discounted rate.
How do I access conference recordings?
All registered attendees were emailed access information for recorded sessions from the 2025 Conference in November 2025. If you are having trouble finding this information or believe you should have received it - please reach out to moe@ansrmn.org, or acess recording links here.

How much does registration cost?

How much does it cost to exhibit?
The cost for an exhibit booth at this year’s conference is $300. Community Coalitions (or community groups doing unfunded work around substance misuse in their local communities) are eligible to exhibit for free. Learn more and register on our Exhibitors page.
My organization is interested in sponsoring the conference. How can I get involved?
We are excited to partner with you! Sponsorship of the conference allows your organization greater visibility to attendees and encourages the conference audience to engage with you. If you are interested in sponsoring the conference, or have questions about this, please reach out to moe@ansrmn.org.
Do you have special rates for students or groups?
Yes! See the table above.
What discounts and scholarships are available?
We don’t want cost to be a barrier to attendance, so we do offer scholarships, as well as special rates for groups, students, presenters and volunteers. A limited number of scholarships for the Minnesota Prevention Program Sharing Conference Registration are available based on need and qualifications. Please apply using our Google Form. Can I get a travel stipend?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer these at this time.
How do I apply to speak at the conference?
Our call for proposals closed on May 29, 2026. Please join our mailing list to be notified when the call for proposals opens for 2027!
Can youth apply to present at the conference?
Yes! We have had excellent presentations from students engaged with prevention work at past conferences. This year we will be offering space for Youth participants to share their programs and initiatives with conference attendees. More information will be available in August.

For your convenience, we have room blocks available at several local hotels.

What kind of food is available at this year’s conference?
We will provide catered breakfast and lunch, as well as coffee and water throughout the day. Snacks will also be provided. We usually host a networking event the first evening of the conference where light appetizers are provided. Dinners are not provided. You can indicate any dietary restrictions or accommodations when you register.

What CEUs are available to me?
We will offer Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), MN Certification Board, and MN Board of Social Work credits for attending the conference in person. We are always looking into new options and types of CEU's to offer.
Where can I request accommodations?
We provide a prayer space and nursing room at the conference venue. You may find information about the venue here. There is also an opportunity to request accommodations when you register. Email moe@ansrmn.org to request any additional accommodations you may need, and we will do our best to honor your request.
I love going to Program Sharing every year! Is there anything I can do to help this year’s conference run smoothly?
Yes! We are always looking for volunteers to help with day-of support including moderating breakout sessions, and helping with registration or set-up. Volunteers will be eligible for special registration rates. If you are interested in volunteering at this year’s conference contact MPRC’s Events Coordinator Moe Sadique, moe@ansrmn.org.
