The Excellence in Prevention (EIP) page is a resource specifically designed for Washington State Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) contractors to support prevention planning and implementation. The page is managed by the evidence-based programs (EBP) team to help support our system in understanding and applying the science. Much of the information provided on individuals programs and strategies is drawn from external sources, including evidence-based program registries (such as Blueprints for Healthy Youth Development), program websites, and developer submissions. It is curated to support DBHR contractors in making informed decisions that align with Washington’s prevention goals.
