NorthPoint Health and Wellness Center

NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center is a multi-specialty health and human services agency serving North Minneapolis since 1968. They provide care to the community in four service areas: Medical: They provide whole-person care through general and specialty medical care. Dental: They make healthy smiles happen for all ages. Behavioral Health: They support our community's goals for health and wellness through addressing mental and emotional wellbeing. Human Services: They reach out to the neighborhood by providing a variety of programs to support individuals and families. NorthPoint is a one-stop shop where guests receive culturally responsive, trauma-informed models of care.

NorthPoint Health and Wellness is administered through a unique public-private partnership between Hennepin County and a Community Board of Directors comprised of people who live and work in the community. NorthPoint’s human services are delivered through our 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency, NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center, Inc., while Hennepin County provides financial infrastructure and support for NorthPoint’s health services. This important partnership between Hennepin County and the Community Board sets a new precedent for co-governance of resources and assets in the community.
