Brief report of outcomes related to the Minnesota Department of Human Services underage alcohol, tobacco and drug use primary prevention initiative. The initiative is typically a five-year grant cycle. This report represents the first cohort that implemented the Positive Community Norms (PCN) campaign. This reports the results of the effort, from 2005-2010.
